Explore the network of waterways by bicycle or kayak at the nearby Blackwater Reserve where waterfowl abound. Don't forget to take your binoculars to view the bald eagle, blue heron, osprey and other waterfowl. Voyage back in time aboard the skipjack Nathan of Dorcester and learn about the age of working sail.

Or simply cool off in our in ground pool or try crabbing from our private dock, sipping a cool drink by the goldfish pond, or reading a good book in a hammock under the trees. Oct 4. Day Cruise on the Liberty Ship John W. Brown. Voyage into history on the John W. Brown. Featuring music of the 40's by a live big band. Reenactors demonstrate equipments and vehicles.
